In Laval, you can experience the infinitely large as well as the infinitely small. Here, microbes have their very own museum. A formidable example of scientific popularization, the Musée Armand-Frappier is the only museum in Québec dedicated to biosciences.

It includes an interactive exposition called MicroZoo – a surprising exhibition of microorganisms presented along the lines of zoo with various themes. The museum also offers initiation camps to microbiology for youth during summer and a training and interpretation centre in biosciences where topics of general interest such as GMOs hold sway.
