In addition to being home to Bio-Ferme Laval and Château Taillefer Lafon, rustic Sainte-Dorothée is also home to about thirty assorted producers. This well-defined zone includes the first producer of orchids in Québec.

Established in 1998, the Paradis des Orchidées houses over 80,000 plants produced under protected organic conditions and distributed over 50 different species and 500 varieties of orchids. It’s a case of flowers attracting others flowers.

The Paradis des Orchidées recently opened a new interpretation centre.
