About Tourisme Laval
Tourisme Laval is a non-profit organization (NPO). As a regional tourism association (RTA), it provides leadership in welcoming and promoting attractions, contributes to the development of Laval as a tourist destination, and acts as a rallying agent for members and partners in a sustainable development perspective.
What motivates us?
Tourisme Laval is the preferred regional partner of the Ministry of Tourism (MTO). As such, it plays a role of consultation towards its stakeholders in its territory and provides them with expertise to foster the convergence of regional and interregional tourism initiatives.
Tourisme Laval's mission is to guide and drive the growth of the regional tourism industry and actively contribute to its economic prosperity in a coordinated and integrated manner by ensuring its development, promotion and marketing, and the welcoming of tourists.
Tourisme Laval works with close to 200 members from various sectors of activity in the tourism industry. It offers its services to all its members. The organization constantly strives to offer to all its members a fair representation of their businesses or attractions towards their respective clientele.
Tourisme Laval 's mission is to contribute to the creation of new tourism experiences with initiatives that stand out in four segments:leisure travelers, event organizers, business and sports travelers, and Laval residents. To this end, the organization designs and distributes tourism information tools for the destination, encourages the development of new tourism products, fosters collaboration, concerted action and partnerships between Laval players, and contributes to the development of a creative and innovative tourism community.
