The École hôtelière de Laval teaches professional cooking classes to some 300 students. Its dining room is opened to the public. All meals served are entirely prepared by students of the Cooking and Pastry classes while service is ensured by students from the Restaurant Service class. Students who are taking the Sommelier course make wine suggestions to the guests. Le Grand Cru dining room welcomes guests on reservation only.
