For lunch

Treat yourself to a cozy morning at La Bête à Pain Bakery, a paradise of pastries, fresh bread, and other gourmet treats. While the kids enjoy themselves their chocolatines, you can savor your latte in a friendly, relaxed, and bright atmosphere.

In the morning

First stop: the C.I.EAU (Water Interpretation Center), an museum unlike any others owhere you’ll dive (without getting wet!) into the secrets of drinking water, thanks to interactive exhibits, scientific experiments, and educational games. It’s fun, educational, and both kids and adults come away with a new appreciation for drinking water.

For dinner

After water, it's time for something solid! Take a break at OG Burger, wherethe the classic burger is creatively reimagined with high-quality ingredients. The cozy spot feels like a movie set—it’s that authentic and welcoming. Everyone will love their experience and leave with a full belly.

In the afternoon

Attention: Immediate takeoff to the Cosmodome. One of a kind, this science museum appeals to visitors of all ages. With its space missions, interactive games, and new exhibition “Destination: Space,” you’ll have a literally “out-of-this-world” experience.

For dinner

After a busy day, and to go along with the burgers you had for lunch, go for a generous Italian pizza from the Pizzeria Sofia. AA tasty and generous pizza, served in a bright and modern setting. Parents, take note: the menu features wines, cocktails, and mocktails is inspiring.

For the night

To feel refreshed the next day—and just for the sheer pleasure of sleeping—you need to choose your accommodations carefully. And by choosing the Hilton, you’ll enjoy comfort, peace of mind, and the convenience of being just a stone’s throw from CF Carrefour Laval or Centropolis.

For lunch

There are two options to help you start your day off right: mbreakfast at a restaurant Le Quartz right in the hotel or have breakfast brought up to your room. Eggs, crepes, omelets, pastries, and other morning treats promise a meal that will keep you going until lunch.

In the morning

We get some fresh air as a family by exploring a section of the Heritage Trail, a route that showcases Laval’s historic sites. You’ll discover historic buildings, heritage churches, and other treasures using the app. It’s a great way to get some exercise while learning about local history.

For dinner

For lunch, we're switching things up and sampling some Indian flavors at Spicebros. Poutine with butter chicken—an Indian specialty… you’re in for a real feast that’s out of the ordinary.

In the afternoon

Why not wrap up your Laval getaway with a stop at the Laval Children’s Museum, a space entirely designed to spark children’s imaginations and curiosity. In realistic settings, kids can play firefighter, veterinarian, chef, and more—each station offers the chance to embark on a new adventure.
