Nature, science, culture: three experiential worlds to discover. The Centre d’exploration du Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles is a gathering place and starting point for all these adventures. It offers a multitude of services and activities, including the Incroyable, but true! exhibition, an original excursion into the world of the Mille Îles River. The environmentally friendly building, aiming for LEED GOLD certification, was designed with the goal of helping people to appreciate the Mille Îles River, a true Laval jewel. There are other services too, including three multipurpose rental spaces, a café, an ecology lab, a room for day camps and groups, and a watercraft rental centre.
