Mark your calendars! A stroll through town, a journey through time

Laval, June 10, 2022 – Summer is just around the corner, and so is the new season ofheritage walks! The City of Laval and Réseau ArtHist invite you to explore threewalking toursthrough Laval’s historic neighborhoods: Vieux Sainte-Rose, Vieux Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, and Abord-à-Plouffe (Vieux Saint-Martin). Several dates are available on the calendar, both during the day and in the evening from July through September. Whether you’re curious about history or enjoy theatrical performances, or want to experience an urban adventure on your own, as a couple, or in a group, these heritage tours are for you.

Explore the streets of Laval’s historic neighborhoods with experienced and energetic guides, and meet characters straight out of the past who will tell you what life was like in the old days on Île Jésus.

Here’s a small-scale activity that will take you on a journey through Laval’s history—both big and small!
