Last Friday’s torrential rains hit the region hard and did not spare our residents, businesses, or infrastructure. Heavy rains caused by the remnants of Storm Debby have damaged the pumping system in the Dorval Tunnel on Highway 13, resulting in its closure until repairs are completed.
