Laval, June 20, 2024 - On June 19, Tourisme Laval presented its annual annual report and financial statements for the 2023-2024 fiscal year at its Annual General Meeting. A wind of change
The year 2023 was marked by a wind of change with new leadership at the helm of the organization, and by performances almost reaching the record levels of 2019. This renewal propels the destination to new heights and reaffirms its commitment to constant excellence and innovation.
For Tourisme Laval, this translated into the highest occupancy rate in Quebec's lodging establishments, with the number of overnight stays almost matching 2019's excellent performance. Hotels hosted 169 events of 40 nights or more. Being of a larger scale, these events attracted more people.
