Montreal, January 30, 2025 –The Montreal Roses announce that they will play their home games at the Centre sportif Bois-de-Boulogne in Laval, a venue that now embodies the very essence of the team. Already home to the Roses’ brand-new, fully renovated training center, the Bois-de-Boulogne Sports Center becomes the first stadium in Canada specifically designed to meet the needs of a professional women’s soccer team.
To accommodate fans, Tower Events—a company renowned for its work on several major North American sporting events (F1 Grand Prix, the Super Bowl, PGA events, etc.)—was commissioned to install bleachers around the center court. With a total capacity of 5,581 spectators, including a premium section, these facilities promise a unique, immersive experience, placing fans right in the heart of the action. The bleachers will remain in place for the duration of the season, from April through October. This stadium, designed primarily for the Roses’ home games, will also be able to host other events, thereby reinforcing its role at the heart of the community.

The Bois-de-Boulogne Sports Center, located at 955 Avenue Bois-de-Boulogne in Laval, stands out for its accessibility, as it is situated near major highways (A15, A19, A440) and the Concorde and Cartier metro stations, both less than 10 minutes from the stadium, where a shuttle service will be available on game nights. In addition to ample parking, the sports center also offers large spaces designed to host gatherings and pre-game celebrations, reinforcing its role as a meeting place for fans and the community.

The Montreal Roses will kick off their 2025 training camp on February 10 at the Bois-de-Boulogne Sports Center, in their fully renovated indoor facilities. Before heading to Laval, the players will undergo medical and physical evaluations at A2 Laboratory of Movement and Performance, a center founded by Dr. Thierry Pauyo in Montreal. The camp will also include four preseason games, details of which will be announced shortly.

The Northern Super League is a new Canadian professional women’s soccer league that currently consists of six clubs in key Canadian markets and will play its inaugural season in the spring of 2025. The league is built on the players and soccer fans alike, drawing on best practices from around the world to raise Canada’s standards of excellence in sports, equity, and inclusion.
