Theatrical tours with a touch of nostalgia

June 12, 2024 – Explore the streets of Laval’s historic neighborhoods with experienced and dynamic guides. Meet characters straight out of the past who will tell you what life was like on Île Jésus in days gone by. This intimate activity will take you on a journey through both the small and big stories of Laval’s history!
The Heritage Walks are offered every year thanks to the support and collaboration of the City of Laval.

A unique outing, memorable characters, a fresh perspective on Laval

Laval’s rich heritage is truly remarkable. For the past 16 years, Réseau ArtHist has been offering Heritage Walks through Laval’s historic neighborhoods. These walking tours immerse us in the history of Île Jésus, which has evolved into today’s Laval. The Heritage Walks offer a rich cultural experience, open to everyone ages 8 and up, blending theater and history.

In Sainte-Rose, there’s something new in store: a Heritage Tour with a soundtrack awaits you. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the fascinating history of this neighborhood we love so much. This experience will be offered exclusively as part of our daytime tours.
