Description
This tour includes a visit to the Foire du VieuxSainte-Rose followed by an encounter with alpacas and a nautical excursion at Aventure Mille-Îles. Actors from the Réseau ArtHist will enhance your experience by accompanying you on the rides and providing information on Laval's history.
Circuits Nature-Culture is a project initiated by Tourisme Laval in collaboration with Cellule créative, and made possible with the financial support of the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation and regional partners.
Programming
Visit the Foire du Vieux-Sainte-Rose
Located in one of Laval's most picturesque historic districts, the Foire du VieuxSainte-Rose. It's an opportunity to cheer on local artisans, who will be selling their creations at the Fair's various booths, including handicrafts, local produce and original gourmet foods. Schedule permitting, you can even take part in an art workshop or attend street entertainment performances.

Alpaca encounter and water ride at Aventure Mille-Îles
For the second part of the day, head for Mille-Îles Adventure to meet these endearing little creatures: alpacas. A unique opportunity to interact with these cute animals in their enclosure. On the Mille Îles River, aboard a boat, you can then observe the aquatic world and enjoy a beautiful summer day on the water while taking part in an activity that's both relaxing and thrilling. It's an activity that's sure to please young and old alike.
