Festival Mosaïque

A unifying event that celebrates the richness of cultural diversity through the arts.

Description

The Festival MOSAÏQUE is a unique annual event featuring a dozen free shows showcasing artists from diverse backgrounds. It's an opportunity for Quebec's cultural landscape to shine on the international stage, inspire the next generation and explore how we can live better together.

If the MOSAÏQUE team loves artistic discoveries, it's also the first to support its peers in their various exploits! That's why we'd like to celebrate, with you, the completion of a series of 186 shows by a friend. Following the story of a particular immigrant, Talia Hallmona, the play "Moi et l'autre" questions and deals with the integration of immigrants in Quebec. This personal and funny story is sure to touch you!

On August 20, MOSAÏQUE will present the play "Moi et l'autre", followed by a méchoui lovingly prepared by Talia's family. It's the perfect time to get together, enjoy a delicious meal and celebrate the tenth anniversary of the play and the Laval company Théâtre Fêlé, all for FREE! There will also be an ephemeral market on Saturday, August 19 from 2pm to 8pm, and on Sunday, August 20 from 2pm to 6pm. A socio-financing campaign will support the organization in this unprecedented offer.
