Top refreshing drinks for the summer season

The arrival of fine weather and theopening of the terraces have brought many happy returns in recent weeks! Now's the time to take advantage and celebrate with a fruity drink. The Tourisme Laval team presents its top cocktails and mocktails to try this summer.

La Coulée Gin and La Duvernay

The microbrewery Les Insulaires offers several craft beers, including the staff's favorite, Coulée Gin, a light, lemony grisette, as well as Duvernay, a fruit-flavored Saison with a well-balanced fruity taste!

Mocktail suggestion: The Virgin Islands Hibiscus drink, a hoppy lemonade with hibiscus flower aromas to make you feel like you're in the tropics.

Australian lemonade

The Balthazar at Centropolis offers not only a wide variety of beers, but also some of the most original custom cocktails. The Australian lemonade is made with Chic Choc rum, 7up, lemon juice and bitter angostura.

Mocktail suggestion: A Virgin Orchid made with almond syrup and white cranberry juice, lime and basil for guaranteed refreshment.

Fruit Punch Cocktail

An attractive plate and a tasty cocktail, that's what you'll discover at Les Enfants Terribles ! You'll taste the Beefeater gin, Maison Sivo raspberry liqueur, Morello cherry puree and lemon juice that make up their famous fruit punch.

Mocktail suggestion: The Fresh Breeze drink, with apple and lemon juice, ginger beer and tarragon. A good glass of fresh air!
