Description
Located in Laval's old Sainte-Rose district, Mam'zelle Joséphine - Chocolaterie is the story of a passion for the pleasures of the table, combining gourmet pleasure, nostalgia and the comfort of chocolate, sweets and childhood desserts. Sweet treats that are both refined and gourmet, to be savored without restraint, as gifts or to be shared. The chocolaterie specializes in "Lune de ciel", a premium dark chocolate-covered caramel delicacy from the '50s.
Isabelle Sauriol, the chocolatière, also offers 90-minute chocolate initiation and tasting workshops for adults on Thursday and Friday evenings, to discover, taste and mold chocolate.
