Escalade Clip ‘n climb Laval

Clip 'n Climb's team-building climbing activity focuses on the primary objectives of this exercise: problem-solving, surpassing oneself, mastering the body and mind, and achieving success. By evolving in a very stimulating environment, participants are called upon to strengthen the bonds between their team members while surpassing themselves individually.

The activity was designed to reinforce the main five organizational pillars: cohesion and interdependence between team members, achievement of common goals, development of individual roles, standards to be respected, and communication within the group.

The team building activity is segmented into four periods: icebreaker, observation and practice, small team challenge, and technical and behavioural feedback. People of all levels of abilities and conditions can enjoy this indoor climbing activity. Everyone can push their limits at their own pace and get the most out of the experience. Zone after zone, participants will discover the thematic climbing walls.

Throughout the activity, participants have to take on multiple physical and mental challenges, always while having fun. All the ingredients will be gathered to create an atmosphere conducive to dynamic team building and to allow participants to attain new heights!
