Discover refined, accessible cuisine showcasing Quebec’s terroir flavours at this new gourmet gem in Laval. Sekoya Restaurant, which opened at the end of 2022, was born from the friendship between restaurant owner Phat Nguyen and renowned chef Kevin Bates Breault, a graduate of the École hôtelière de Laval. Sekoya offers « contemporary Quebec cuisine » in an elegant and welcoming space. Chef Kevin Bates Breault loves to create unique and tasty dishes with local and seasonal products. The bright dining room offers a view of the open kitchen, which allows guests to see the chef at work. The restaurant also has a lounge area and shop where local artisan products can be purchased.
