Laval, June 14, 2023 - Summer's just around the corner, and registration for the Virées patrimoniales is now open! For the 15th consecutive year, Ville de Laval and Réseau ArtHist invite you to wander the streets of Laval's founding neighborhoods, eager to reveal the history that inhabits them. In the company of dynamic guides and characters straight out of the past, you'll discover how life used to be on this island that's been inhabited for over 300 years.

L'Abord-à-Plouffe and its cagers, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul and its sculptors, Sainte-Rose and its vacationers: Laval's neighborhoods have always been brimming with life. Take your pick from these three walking tours that run day and evening, from July 25 to September 15.

Whether it's to satisfy your curiosity about Laval's history, your interest in theatrical performances or outdoor strolls, the Virées patrimoniales are a unique, lively and original way to travel through Laval's history, big and small.

This project is produced by Ville de Laval and Réseau ArtHist.
