Get Moving! New Exhibition at the Armand-Frappier Museum
Laval, August 13, 2020 – Starting September 26, 2020, the Armand-Frappier Museum will present its new temporary exhibition titled “Get Moving!” Designed by the museum, this exhibition will inform visitors about how the body works when it is in motion and the effects of physical activity on health. This is an exhibition that is sure to inspire visitors to get moving more—for both health and enjoyment!
The "Bouger!" Exhibition
The exhibition reminds us that moving is essential to staying healthy. But just how important is it? What happens in the body when we move? What can we do to move more? Visitors will be invited to get active to answer these questions and many more! They can even visit the Museum’s lab to further demystify the science behind physical activity.
An Interactive Tour
Every Saturday this fall, visitors of all ages can sign up for an interactive tour and enjoy a personalized experience that complies with current health guidelines! Using sensors and other measuring devices, both in the exhibition and in the lab, they’ll discover the changes that occur in their bodies when they engage in physical activity—and why.
