A new sense of humour for the Tourisme Laval
Laval, September 9, 2020 - To highlight the recovery and vitality of tourism activities in the Laval destination, Tourisme Laval has rolled out an original campaign, developed by the Oasis agency.
"To support our tourism businesses in communicating the reopening of their attractions and stimulate our industry, we entrusted our agency, OASIS, with the mandate of producing content that is different, unexpected, attractive and reassuring," says Hélène Vézina, Communications Director at Tourisme Laval
The campaign, which consists of a series of video vignettes, allows people to project themselves and feel the proposed experiences. Hosted by up-and-coming Laval humorist Daphné Letourneau, the content is shared spontaneously as people discover the region's tourist attractions.
"Laval is an atypical tourist destination in Quebec. In Daphné, we found someone with a quirky attitude, as vibrant as the destination's brand. The series of 9 videos powered by advertising on Facebook and Instagram will run until October on Tourisme Laval's digital platforms.
