First known for its market-garden crop, Sainte-Dorothée is now famous for its horticulture. Sainte-Dorothée is the capital of annual flowers production, and boasts the largest concentration of hothouse flower producers in Québec. This historic neighbourhood is also known for its charming public place where several popular events take place and where stands the church built in 1873 according to architect Victor Bourgeau’s plans.
