Say what you will, enjoying a good pizza on a Friday night, in front of a good movie, is a great way to start the weekend. To whet your appetite, we've put together a list of the best pizzas in Laval.
The little hidden treasure
The restaurant Gatto Matto is without doubt our hidden treasure. With its avant-garde, modern Italian cuisine, Gatto Matto will charm you with its choice of pizzas. Whether you're a pepperoni and cheese type or a daring one, you'll find a pizza to suit you. Our suggestion for gourmets: the "Funghi Tartufo" with its creamy truffle sauce, oyster mushrooms, criminis, mozzarella and chives. A pure delight!
A little California on your plate
From Italy to California. It's at restaurant-bar ZIBO! you'll find typical West Coast cuisine, with salads, pasta, fish and, of course, pizzas. Not sure which one to choose? Try our favorite, the "Grilled Vegetables and Smoked Gouda" pizza with fresh basil, mozzarella, smoked gouda, grilled vegetables, arugula and parmesan flakes. You'll be asking for more!

For an authentic wood-fired pizza, visit the restaurant le Vieux Four de Laval. From the very first bite, you'll be transported to Italy. For a typically local pizza, try the "Lavalloise" with its tomato sauce, shrimps, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers and cheese!
